Mr. José Chicuamba, Mozambican Citizen
He completed Philosophy for Institutional Development course, for a bachelor degree, in 2016; and, Conflict, Rule of Law and Local Security course, ministered by Hague Academy for Local Governance (2023). Has 15+ years of working experience, of which 10 years of experience, mainly in developing, coordinating, implementing, assessing, monitoring and evaluating community development programs and capacity building of CBOs in Mozambique, countrywide level. Currently from 2023 is engaged in the efforts for the Development of a training curriculum and a local framework to prevent and counter violent extremism and promote community resilience. He works on theme of Terrorism with focus on CBOs engagement, specifically Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) measures while Safeguarding the Civic Space. It’s about building collective synergy to curtail unintentional consequences that affect civic space in Mozambique.
